ASUS becomes official sponsor for The Dark Knight Rises

Warner Bros. seems to be leaving no stone unturned in marketing their upcoming movie, The Dark Knight Rises. They've now teamed up with ASUS and have picked the ASUS N series notebooks to be the official computing products of Batman’s latest mission.

ASUS products are also set to act as the official sponsors of The Dark Knight Rises premiere. Customers who purchase certain ASUS products may also receive free movie tickets to go see The Dark Knight Rises as a promotional offer.

The ASUS N Series notebooks have exclusive SonicMaster Premium technology co-developed with Bang & Olufsen ICEpower, Waves MaxxAudio 3 processing tools, and a bundled external subwoofer to guarantee some of the most impactful audio on any notebook PC. The N Series also has an option of 150 wide-view screens up to full HD 1080p.

This isn’t the only promotional offer Warner Bros. is indulging in for its upcoming movie. With The Dark Knight Rises movie just around the corner, Nokia has given die-hard Batman fans in India something more to look forward to. The Finnish mobile phone manufacturer announced the limited edition Dark Knight Rises Lumia 800 for India at Rs. 24,999 but gave the same treatment to the Nokia Lumia 900 for other countries. They recently teased a special edition Dark Knight Rises Lumia 900 that will have exclusive content from the movie.

The Nokia Lumia 800 was first launched in India last year and heralded Nokia’s big reentry in the smartphone market that is currently dominated by the likes of iOS and Android. Nokia differentiated them from the competition by mainly focussing their Lumia range of handsets by powering it with the Windows Phone OS.

As for the looks of the limited edition smartphones, what makes it exclusive is the striking laser engraved Batman symbol on the shell. There are various features that are exclusive to these handsets and the buyer will receive an exclusive Dark Knight Rises app, a Showtime Finder, along with much more content from the franchise.
